Titanium posts are Grade 1, 21 gauge, with stainless steel pads and a 9.5mm length. While I cannot guarantee they will work for everyone, titanium is a favorite metal for most people with sensitive ears. If your ears are extremely sensitive I recommend starting with one pair to try them out.
