Shipping policy

FREE SHIPPING on US orders over $35. Many of the products in the shop are made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be made and then shipped. Shipping can take an additional 3-5 business days (sometimes more as it's solely up to the postal service) to deliver after. Please be sure that your address is correct before placing your order; we can not be responsible for packages not being delivered due to faulty addresses. 

We have a 7-day return policy for several types of full priced products, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. These types include napkins and coasters, bags, clothing, push pins, magnets, needle minders, lapel pins, bookmarks, and badge reels.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. When the item has been returned and is found to be in new condition you will be refunded the purchase price minus the original shipping paid.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as earrings, sleep masks, face scrubbies, hair accessories, and face scrubbies for sanitation reasons.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance/final sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges as most products are made to order once purchased and often only have a quantity of 1.

 Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
